Preview monitor
Run the monitor judge + resolution against an ad-hoc payload.
Body is :class:MonitorPreviewRequest. Defaults to the working draft so agents iterating on monitor.config can see the verdict immediately. Pass use=version / use=release / use=adhoc to preview a different config.
No monitor_run row is inserted, but the runner still creates a real chat completion / workflow run server-side (returned as runner_type_id) so agents can drill in later if they need to.
